I want to change or cancel my subscription. What should I do?

Not a problem. Simply log into My Account with the username and password you used during Checkout. Clicking My Subscriptions lets you review, change, and/or cancel any of your subscriptions.

I live far away from the seller. Why can’t I complete my order?

Some of our sellers like to keep it local. If your delivery address is outside the area they usually serve, you will not be able to automatically complete your order online. However, you can contact the seller through the Inquiry button on their store.

My favourite local supplier isn’t on mizzle! What should I do?

Shucks! Drop us a line via our Contact Us page and let us know. If the supplier likes the sound of offering their products online, it may just be a matter of time.
